We were founded in 1982. Since then we have handed over more than 5 million square feet, and have never once been asked to explain a shortcut.

Our signature

Handing Over Manual

A uniquely designed guide covering all vital project information, certifications and records, enabling the facility team to operate and maintain the building from day one. Compilation starts on the project kick-off day, with a dedicated document controller recording every report, DPR and photograph across the build.
